Got the annual plan during their Cyber Monday sale. The Rank Tracker is simple enough. Keyword Clustering feature is decent. Setup was quick. No major problems, just straight to work.

Decent tool, some quirks

I switched to Serpstat from another tool after seeing a good Black Friday deal for the Standard plan. The Domain Analysis and Competitor Analysis are strong, giving me solid insights. I liked the Serpstat Browser Extension too, quite handy for quick checks. However, the Backlink Analysis, while useful, felt a bit slower than what I was used to, and the data didn't always seem as fresh for very new links. Customer service handled my query about an invoice quickly, which was good. Value for money is there, but some parts could be snappier.

Good for keyword research

I purchased the annual plan during a 30% off recurring sale for Serpstat to mainly use the Keyword Research tool. It's quite robust and I found some good long-tail keywords. The interface was a bit clunky at first compared to what I used before, but I got the hang of it. Site Audit was also okay, gave me a few pointers for my blog. Delivery, well, it's a digital service, so access was instant after payment. No issues there. Support chat was helpful when I had a question about the API access limits. Overall, a solid platform for the price I paid.
